We aim to represent our products as accurately as possible in the pictures. However, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown due to individual monitor settings.
Heel height is measured on the inside to the nearest 0.5cm.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for any additional details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept a wide range of debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners and Electron. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Items that have to be ordered in will not be charged until they are shipped.
When you submit your order we will issue confirmation that it has been received. However, a contract will not exist between us until such time as we take payment. This term has been included in case we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Niche Shoes is an online company and does not have a shop or showroom. We only sell shoes within the United Kingdom and are not able to take orders over the telephone.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque then please email to confirm availability and place your order. When availability has been confirmed send a separate cheque for each pair of shoes payable to ‘Niche Shoes Ltd’ to Niche Shoes, 10 Connaught Way, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN4 9QJ. Please write you name, address and postcode on the back. Shoes will be held for 5 days.
Postage and Packing
We send items out using the Royal Mail ‘Recorded Signed For’ service and our delivery charge is just £3.50 per pair.
Delivery
We will normally send your order to you in 7 days if the items are in stock. If the shoes need to be ordered in we will notify you and advise you of the expected delivery time. This is usually about 28 days.
Tax
17.5% VAT is included in the purchase price.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
