Returns Policy Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you order shoes online or by post and they are not suitable for any reason you may return them unworn within 10 days for a refund or exchange.
The cost of returning items is borne by the purchaser and postage and packing charges are not refunded on items that are returned. When returning items we strongly recommend that you use a recorded service and insure the items as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
Returned items must be sent back to us in their original packaging with the completed returns form. We cannot accept any returned item that is not in the condition in which it was originally sent and recommend that footwear is fitted on carpet only. If there is any indication that the items have been used, they will be returned to the purchaser without exchange or refund.
We do not recharge postage when shoes are exchanged. If you have requested a refund then you will be refunded in the same way you paid for the order. Please allow 14 days for refunds.
